Laser-accurate mapping, from above
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) fires hundreds of thousands of laser pulses per second at the ground and measures how each one bounces back. The result is a dense 3D point cloud of your site, accurate down to centimeters.
Unlike photo-based mapping, LiDAR pulses pass between leaves and branches to reach the actual ground surface. That means true bare-earth terrain models even on heavily wooded sites, and reliable data in conditions where photogrammetry falls short.

How accurate is drone LiDAR?
Accuracy depends on sensor, flight parameters, and ground control points, and we will scope all three to your project requirements.
How is LiDAR different from drone photo mapping?
Photogrammetry builds a model from photos and only sees what the camera sees. LiDAR actively measures with laser pulses that penetrate vegetation gaps, so you get true ground elevation under tree cover and better results in low light or low-texture surfaces.
How large a site can you cover?

Can you fly in restricted airspace?
